En Amnessia, en el gran castillo, existe un cuarto lleno de joyas rojas de nombre Heart.
Las joyas Heart se dan en una mina muy especial, las joyas se forjan durante nueve meses y emergen al nacimiento de un nuevo habitante, la joya puede fragmentarse pero no perder su brillo hasta la muerte de su propietario.
Cuando un propietario conoce a alguien que significa mucho para el o ella, la joya se fragmenta otorgándole parte de su vida a esa persona y aumentando el tamaño de su joya heart, el tamaño del fragmento entregado depende de cuan importante sea para el dueño. Y si ese sentimiento es correspondido de manera positiva al propietario también se le otorgara un fragmento de la joya de dicha persona. Solo si ambos son hijos de Amnessia. Si no, la vida de el o la propietaria se acortara.
